I am a single mother with two sons who loves to crochet and craft! I called my store Family Traditions simply because handicrafts are a family tradition in our family. Knitting, crocheting, sewing, tatting. embroidery, cross stitch, quilting, doll making, and painting are some of the skills that have been passed down in my family. Mountain families have always made their own clothes, raised their own food, and made their own household decorations and household items. It was not only a way to pass the time, it was a way of life.
I am always toying around with new items and love to make one of a kind jewelry. I rarely ever write down a pattern I just "go with it" and pull out rows and start again as I see fit! I am just getting started so check back often to see new items as I add them!
